On May 11, school districts across the province and Canada are invited to participate in Moose Hide Campaign Day as a commitment to reconciliation and ending gender-based violence in Canada. This year’s theme is “Storytelling to create change”.

Today, on May 5th, Coast Mountains School District recognizes both Red Dress Day and the National Day of Awareness for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls and Two-Spirit People (MMIWG2S+).
